Email day is finally here!!!! ha I wait all week for Mondays! This week was pretty eventful... first off I started my new job! and then 2 days later i quit. haha you know how i have a tendency to get crappy jobs? yup still happens. But i could tell this one was going to be real sucky... so i just quit and I'm happy I did. I might start working for my dad though! Just doing grunt work at north star... not the best job either haha but I don't think it will be that bad. And it will just be for a couple months until I go to school. So that was the start of the week.. On the 3rd of July there were fireworks, I just went to my aunt and Uncle's house with my family and we watched them from there, they live pretty close to the stadium so we could see the fireworks pretty good! I made sure I got lots of pictures of the dreen ones!!!! cause they reminded me of you, and i wanted to send you pictures of some :) Those are the best ones :) I will be sending you another email of pictures from my phone. The fireworks are much more exciting with you here btw. ;) Remember when we were watching spiderman last year with haynus and kindred! and you guys wouldn't let us leave the movie early and we could hear them!! haha you punk! ;) we still got to see them though so it was good.

Yesterday me, my mom, and whitney went to Newton with your family! It was fun, I like being with them :) We had lunch and went boating, it was good. Your dad offered me a cookie and I said, "sure" and he said, "It's a miracle!!!" haha you know cause i never accept any food from him...ha your dad is a funny fellow. And I wakeboarded!!! And I didn't fall down every 6 seconds! haha i hope you are proud of me ;) you are still better than me though... I need more practice. The water was really low though! no bueno... I wish we were in Lake Powell again :) Koko almost has a backflip down.. but he can't quite get it yet. Brielle broke her collarbone trying to get up :/ i guess? that is what your parents told me today. Anyway, last night me and whit went to the car show and then to bluebird after with your family. it was good too, there was even rain!! i love rain. But, all of yesterday made me miss you a lot. It just makes me remember last year when we were doing all of this stuff together. Everything is just so much better with you. It's still fun being with your family, just much better when i have you by my side :) This morning I just held my simba and cried. It's hard Klay, but we're doing it. And it's gonna be so worth it. When I was sitting in Sacrament meeting today, my mom texted me and told me to go get our salad bowl from your parents, cause we left it on accident yesterday, and in my head i said, "YES!!!!" haha cause it gave me an excuse to go see them :) again... haha So I went to your house and I got to talk to your parents for a while :) They love you Klay. They only say good things about you. Your mommy really misses you, me and her are having a hard time without our Klay :) OH! and YOU NEED TO SEND PICTURES!!!!! haha Because we have gotten none from you, you punk! ;) you're mom told me to tell you that. But I agree with her :) I am making her something for her birthday! It's gonna be a necklace with a mini part of the map that says salta on it :) it's going to be cute. And I'm also going to give her those lotions that we bought! I was going to send you a card to sign... but I decided it wouldn't get there and back in time so I didn't.. so in a couple weeks if you want to email something to me for her I will print it off and glue it in the card or something, how about that? haha :) I think she would really like that. I will remind you :)

How is the work going? Are the baptisms still on track? Are you teaching any one new? How are you and elder pelirojo getting along? Is he still giving you crap about being "whipped"? ha I wish you guys the best :) Just keep having a lot of faith both in the Lord and the people you are teaching :) I know you'll do great. I learned some cool stuff in relief society today, but I am writing it in your letter so you will just have to wait :) ooooh a surprise isn't that so exciting???? ;) haha I am losing patience for the mail system down there!! I think that should be my job... to deliver all of the missionary mail around the world! So that mom's and girlfriends can get their dang letters! ;) just kiddin. But I am excited, it will be awesome to get a bunch of letters at the same time!

OK THIS PART OF THE LETTER IS VERY VERY IMPORTANTE. so pay attention :) please :) So... I went to the bank this week with my brother and he started talking about CD's. And I think it would be a good idea to put that money that I got out of your room into one for two years... cause in two years, we would have 1,500 extra dollars! For just having it sit there! Wouldn't that be awesome?? I think it would be cool. But I also know you didn't want it in the bank in case the bank goes under or something.. so if you don't want me to do it then I will keep it in it's safe place. I just need you to tell me what to do, cause if I am going to do it I need to do it right now.. or very soon at least. :) Just an idea.

hello my beautiful family. This week was another week haha. The Lord has a great work to do here and we need to start it. We are a little lost. . . But the lord is a the wheel. I just do the best that i can to follow. . all of our baptisms fell through but we have one investigator named Alejandra, she is 29 and she said that she would be baptized but wouldnt commit to a date, she is in Jujuy. .. for a week. .. its tough. but she will come back and we feel that the Lord is truly working with her. I love this gospel more and more. What 19 year old walks the streets testifying of the Love of Christ besides a 19 year old that is of Christ. Me and Elder Ricks recieved your beautiful package my wonderful mother!!! We ate like kings!!! plus we hung up the american flag and planned, then that night we faced the north and saluted as we held that flag high!!!    MERICA!!! hahaha then we faced the south and frowned, haha then awkwardly Elder Ricks exclaimed "The South will rise again!" hahaha it was super funny. we know that the way the south will rise is through the very redeemer that we testify. the lost will be found the abused will be sanctified, the addicted will choose greater. The hard hearts will be softened and the word of God will go forth boldy nobly and independant until the Savior will say the work is done. We are His army. let us save our brothers the lamanites!!! BOM nerd!!!!

That makes me sad. . .those were very special so i could give them away to all the little children

I love the Camisa letter that i got with my favorite corbata on it!! haha there is a missionary in my pension named Elder Parada and he said OHHH!! Ahora yo puedo ver porque usted esta llevando esa corbata tanto! haha. . .

I hope that everything is going well for you Lou. it really is of importance to me. I am here for the right reasons. I love this people and want to help them. Every day i need to be more obedient to myself and especially to the Lord. We need prayers and a lot of work but the work will come forth in the hearts of this beautiful people. Thank you for all that you do and for telling me when you are having a hard time. It really is a blessing to have a blessing like you at home that cares so much for me. You are my Hero. There is no other child of God like you. Keep seeking the light and you will be blessed. I know that. I am blessed by seeing why. I am blessed because i know. There is a lot of experiences that are very beautiful and significant that i cant wait to tell you. My journal is packed full of LOU. . .haha but i know that God is building His kingdom slowly and surely. I am lucky enough to be a part of it. and i am growing so much!!! I cant wait to show you!!!

haha i was trying to send you the picture of britlee and me kissing up a storm in the airport but it wasnt sending. .  you should ask Kiersten for it  :) i think you would like it, and with the money!! Do it Lou!!! I trust your decision :) i think that is very smart for us. Sì se puede!!! hehe say a prayer though that it will all work out as planned. . .everything always goes along better with a prayer behind it :)
