helllo there :) how are you?? guess what i did today... watched Argentina kick butt in their soccer game!! yeahhhh go messi :) haha oh! i think you said you got me a soccer jersey.... i can't remember! But if you didn't... that's what i want from argentina :) ha i thought about that when i watched the game today. Is everyone going crazy partying there since it's the world cup? it showed a place in buenos aires on tv and there was a TON of people watching the game and going crazy haha i was wondering if it was like that in salta too... Klay.. please don't kill yourself if you have to play soccer instead of volleyball again. haha cause i kinda really want ya... k? I am proud of you for blocking the ball with your thigh!!! haha glad you didn't lose your ability to reproduce ;)
I have been laying turf klay!!! haha what the heck? yeah it's kinda wierd... but i like it! it's good to be outside all day and doing something to keep me busy... and earning moneys! cause i really need that. Klay guess what! I got us some stuff!!! i got a tv and an entertainment center, and another couch! ALL FREE!! yeah! we are going to be all set with everything we need ;) haha everyone just keeps giving me stuff! it's awesome!
Happy fathers day! i got your dad a movie... but shhh! he doesn't know yet! cause they are in yellowstone looking for bears so i couldn't give it to him! ha that's what he said when i texted him today anyway...so i will have to give it to him next week. I gave my dad a movie too. My family has like no movies! haha so i am starting to get them... Remember our idea? Everytime we want to go to the movie theatre we just go buy a movie instead! it's so much cheaper! for reals... a movie is like 13 bucks... and a movie for 2 at the theater is like 16. wowzas. so we are gonna get a good collection of movies :)
Did that guy get baptized this week? haha or was it too cold outside again? ha oh gosh... the excuses. I hope that he will realize the importance of it so that he can be baptized. Have you had any other investigators that are close to being baptized? How are the youth there?
Brother cam munk just called me to talk in sacrament meeting... yeah thanks cam. haha i don't like talking in sacrament! oh well it will be good right? if i help one person then it's worth it. I am supposed to talk on the book of mormon... how we can apply the teachings of the book of mormon... 2 nephi 33:10-11. Soooo if you have any thoughts about it, i would love to hear what you think :) I have a few ideas... like cam said i should talk about college and how the book of mormon has helped me through that.. and yeah. it will be good :) i like giving talks because it forces me to think about things a little more than i usually would. but at the same time they make me nervous... so yeah. Quote for this weeek!!! "if you have a bad thought about yourself, tell it to go to hell because that is exactly where it came from." -Brigham Young. woah brigham... language ;) haha no i really like this. especially telling you about it! Because I really see how great you are Klay. I can't think of a bad thing to say about you. In my eyes you are one of the most choicest spirits that heavenly father has sent to this earth and i am just blessed enough to be a part of your life :) I could really brag about you all day. you are great :) So! if you start thinking bad about yourself, or doubting your ability to do something, or anything, remember this quote. :) remember! Get thee hence satan! God would never put a thought into your mind that would make you think badly of yourself... so if you have one, remember who it is from. and we don't want satans ideas in our mind, so push it right out. you are worth every second of waiting ;) i still think of you everyday and i am so excited for our eternity together. :) you just keep on putting your shoulder to the wheel and blessing people's lives, i love you and i am so proud of you!!! have a good week elder kelsey!

also, i forgot to tell you about this in the other email... my car broke down on the freeway this week, it was scary. i was going to the temple in bountiful with one of my friends, but then my car broke down. so my friend came and picked me up and we went to the temple, it was so good to go to the temple!! i need to go more often! i just love the feeling of peace in there. After the temple we met up with one of the missionaries that served in ogden and we went to eat, then we were driving back to my car, and we got rear ended. holy cow. that is 4 car wrecks since you have been gone klay... haha i'm getting sick of filling out police statements... ha i am ok though and luckily my grandpa and my uncle were able to haul my car home on their trailer on their way home from work. geez. I just wanted to tell you that story.. cause i was wearing my seat belt!!! haha jk that's not why i wanted to tell you, i wanted to tell you so that you can see how protected i am. at first i thought, i am not protected! i keep getting into accidents! but then i realized.... i have not been hurt in any one of the accidents, someone is definitely watching over me, and i am very grateful for that. Love you Klay! stay safe and i will too :) wear your seatbelt... if you ever drive anywhere :)

hey lou :) i did get you a jersey haha and that is sweet about all the house stuff!!! keep finding treasures and writing down everything and saving things. this week was alright. a few people talked to us this week instead of us always starting the conversation. that was the first time. . .we are having a few difficulties with people being able to get baptized for silly reasons with the which i am not 100 percent in agreement with. and it makes me sad. i just want them all to come to christ. that is all of my purpose. everything i do is focused on him. if it isnt like that i am failing. every moment even with my family and you, my duty is to help you all come to Christ. i love this small plack that i have. it reminds me where i am to put my faith and my confidence. our president said that we must put our faith in Christ and not in the results. i liked a quote in church this week. a woman said "we are to produce our own light." i thought about my youth and i relied upon those that were around me to donate their light to me like blood. something that in my head i always could rely on. but it came to an interesting moment when people became dependant upon me to produce light. i learned that if we learn how to recieve personal revelation, we can never be lead astray from Christ. with such, we can produce light and teach others how to produce the same until they are capable of praying to God instead of air and being in communion with the holy spirit of God that guides us with our thoughts and actions to bring to pass the salvation of families. i hope that you search profoundly to be in one accord with God and pray sincerely, that study of the scripture is fully necessary. that sharing of the gospel keeps the drops coming into our lamps and we wont have to be shut out at the last day. i recieved fourteen letters today hahaha. lace, i dont expect you to be perfect. neither do i condemn thee. i confide in your words and they comfort me as they did before. Follow Christ. He is the light and the life. i hope that you have success with your talk and that many can feel the influence of the spirit. You are still my Hero. Thank you for your trust in me. Doctrine and Covenants 9:8-10. i hope that as you ask about me, that it will burn within your bosom. that it will be clear without stupor of thought. I love you little one.
oh, and so you know, i am sending a letter with a surprise for the fathers of the family. i hope that you can do me the favor of making sure it gets to all of them for fathers day? if you can. if not you can call them to come pick it up or something. . . they are keep your tie in place things. i sent a picture of one with a tie that i had. . .i dont know if you saw the pictures. . .but they are those. . . i hope these voice recordings help you. :)i have tried and will keep trying my best.
